Principal’s Corner

Principal Nancy Garcia leads the Rockets at Ray Elementary. With 25 years in education, including 21 years with Lamar CISD, Ms. Garcia has served as a teacher, literacy coach, and assistant principal. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Houston and her master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston–Victoria. Her leadership reflects a commitment to developing the whole child, empowering students and staff to grow and succeed, and partnering with families to create a supportive and connected school community.
